With decades of innovative leadership in the sphere of entertainment, Audra Kelly has been a creative force in the industry.  Her wide ranging background encompasses groundbreaking projects in television, film, theater, radio and fashion. Having managed diverse development and production efforts in films such as The Pelican Brief, Candy Man II, OcchioPinocchio, The Chase and Heaven’s Prisoners, Audra has harnessed her experience to build the solid foundation upon which her production company now stands.

Audra’s passion for expansive, inspirational storytelling is at the center of AWAKƎN, contrasting a gritty high tech dystopia with the paradigm shattering power of the human heart.

Dennis Franks
ADVISORY

Dennis Franks retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Supervisory Special Agent after a 22-year career, then founded and is president of Investigative & Security Global Solutions (ISGS), Inc., based in Houston and Austin, Texas.

Mr. Franks has served as a law enforcement and security analyst for various television networks, to include News Nation. Mr. Franks was also the host and an executive producer of A&E Investigates – The Plot Against America, in which a Russian spy ring was uncovered in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee which was focused on Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

In addition to specializing in organized crime and drug cartel investigations in the FBI, Mr. Franks served as a Crisis Management Coordinator, Undercover Program Coordinator, SWAT team member, Firearms Instructor, International Police Instructor and Legal Advisor.

In his management positions, Mr. Franks supervised a drug task force, organized crime squad, joint intelligence group and the special operations group. Prior to the FBI, Mr. Franks was a prosecutor - Assistant District Attorney.

Mark Bauer

Mark Bauer comes from a rare and distinguished background, having led global anti-terrorism missions as Commander – Global Counter Terrorist Operations for the United Kingdom. Mr. Bauer served as a Tier 1 UK Special Forces Operator and Intelligence Officer prior to his command, including directing multiple operations in the world’s financial capitals and clandestine incursions into its most dangerous geo-hotspots.  

More recently Mark has moved into the corporate investment world and is a subject matter expert in digital assets and blockchain technology.

 Mark’s worldwide experience and tactical relationship building skills are instrumental in his investing analysis and transaction execution.

While Mark’s other interests in emerging natural healing technologies occupy his spare time, he also enjoys traveling with his Texas-born wife Pamela, and the couple divide their time between Houston, Texas and Surrey, UK. 

Mark joins Cowboys Sweetheart Films and will lead financing cryptocurrency investments and global transactions

John M. Trimbach
Chief writer and creative consultant

John M. Trimbach served in the United States Air Force piloting tactical and strategic aircraft in the domestic and European theatres before joining Delta Air Lines as an International Captain. 

John joined his father, Joseph H. Trimbach, the former FBI Special Agent in Charge headquartered in Minneapolis, in creating Certificates, Inc, an investigatory corporation specializing in screening applicants for security sensitive positions for the US State Department. 

John teamed up with his father again by authoring his FBI memoirs concerning the Wounded Knee conflict and the historical aftermath. This research led to unearthing never-before-published accounts found in Federal Archives and derived from personal interviews that resulted in extensive corrections to the historical record. 

More recently, John joined Cowboy’s Sweetheart Films as Chief Writer and Creative Consultant currently with several productions in development.
